Affaire's Ode To The Storm, "Dessa"

Dess was a littermate to Chase and Jessie. She lived a happy life and never had any signs of ill health.

In January, 2015 she developed a slight cough and some diarreah. The vet gave her medication for the diarreah and it cleared up.

A few days later, the cough got worse and she was back at the vet. They diagnosed her with deep tissue pneumonia and gave her antibiotics. She came back home, but was not getting better. A few days later, she was unable to get up. The vet came out to transport her to the clinic and she walked into the clinic on her own, but collapsed shortly after. Her heart stopped and they were unable to revive her. No necropsy was done, but we suspect she was in congestive heart failure and her heart gave out.
