Affaire's Lunar Rainbow, "Luna"

Luna lived with the Ravenhill family in Napa. They kept me informed on her life and antics through a hilarous blog, called We Are Dog People.

Luna had an assortment of issues over the course of her life, but the one thing I can think of that was very serious was that she had a very extreme allergic reaction to a bee sting. Fortunately, they got her to the vet and in treatment very quickly.

Another time they were out jogging with her on a trail and she got attacked by an owl. That freaked everybody out, but she required minimal treatment.

Luna made it to about 11 1/2 years old before she just could not get around anymore, so her family put her to sleep peacefully at home.
